Dr. Charles Ludivico
Dr. Ludivico graduated with a BS from the University of Pittsburgh and received his MD from Temple Medical School. He has been a Clinical Associate Professor (Adjunct), Temple University School of Medicine since 2011 and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine 1978 – present. Dr. Ludivico is on staff at St. Luke’s Hospital, Bethlehem, Pa. He is a Certified Clinical Densitometrist – ISCD. He is certified American Board of Internal Medicine and Rheumatology Subspecialty of American Board of Internal Medicine. In his spare time, Dr. Ludivico likes photography, watching sports and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
East Penn Rheumatology has an onsite Infusion Suite that can accommodate up to four patients. Under the supervision of Dr. Ludivico, our experienced registered nurse can administer IV Infusions and injections in a relaxing setting where the patient is our first priority.
Our experienced, dedicated research team is here to assist in determining eligibility of patients for a wide variety of clinical trials. Throughout the course of the research trial, our coordinators will participate in your treatment evaluation, answer any questions and provide multi-level support. By participating in a carefully monitored research trial, you have the opportunity to learn more about advanced therapies that can potentially improve your quality of life.

Front Office Staff
Our dedicated front office staff is here to assist you with many different aspects of your office visit. The front office staff not only gets you checked in/out, they are also the staff that take care of prescription refill requests, prior authorizations for medication and prior authorizations for diagnostic testing. Our front office staff is experienced and always ready to help you.
BONE DENSITY TECHNOLOGIST
Bone Density (DXA) scans at East Penn Rheumatology are performed by a Certified bone Density Technologist (CBDT) and Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT). A Bone Density scan does not require any injections and determines a very accurate estimation of bone density used to ascertain osteoporosis.
